This Cold Abyss

In Cass Corridor Chapter 7: "This Cold Abyss", Jason discovers that nothing in the afterlife is what it seems as his killer, the mysterious Hooded Lady, escorts him to a strange realm.

This chapter happens to be twice the length (and content) of previous ones, which is why it's taken this long to finish. Personally, I think it's the best work I've ever done. I certainly put a lot into it, so I hope it's worth the wait!

Story-wise, it features several key developments, and you also get to know the Lady a tad bit more.
